He started Mungekar Realty in February 2025 with the aim of connecting cooperative societies in Mumbai with developers for redevelopment projects. Soon he ventured into the sale of plots and land parcels in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. He actively engages in the sale & purchase of land for developers and corporates and facilitates redevelopment projects for cooperative societies and SRAs.
