Mungekar Realty is a start up real estate firm based in Mumbai. We started operations in February 2025. Unlike traditional real estate brokers we are focused on dealing in Land. We engage in Redevelopment projects, SRA projects, sale and purchase of land and also facilitate Joint Ventures for builders and developers. We are currently in touch with 13 large & small developers in Mumbai to execute such projects. We also use our team of Architecture Consultants to assist with projects wherever necessary.
For our Developers, we meticulously connect with cooperative societies, land owners and SRA projects in lucrative and prominent locations to identify the best plots and land parcels for development.
